Stuffed Pepper Soup:
2 lbs. Browned beef
1 28 oz can tomato purée
1 28 oz can diced tomatoes
1 cup uncooked brown rice
1 qt water
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons salt, 3/4 teaspoons pepper
1 diced onion
2 cups of peppers ( I use one green and one red)
Cook until the rice is tender.
